NAME: Ariel Soiffer

Ariel Soiffer has completed his first year of law school at the Boston University School of Law. Prior to law school, Ariel was a senior manager at Diamond Consultants, a strategy consulting firm. While there, his focus was on telecommunications and technology business strategy and operations. Sample projects include creating a rural operator's broadband targeting strategy, launching a leased wireless operator, and optimizing outsourcing. Prior to being a consultant, Ariel studied Biochemistry and Japanese at the University of Pennsylvania. Ariel grew up primarily in Japan and has worked and traveled throughout the world. As a consultant, he has conducted international benchmarking and believes it can be a very important tool in evaluating the appropriate course of action. This summer, Ariel will be working with the General Counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable.
