Adam Minsky just completed his second year at Northeastern University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Political Science with a minor in Business Management from Boston University. During college he worked as a field organizer and fundraiser for numerous non-profit organizations and political candidates, including MassEquality, the organization working to preserve same-sex marriage rights in Massachusetts. Adam works as a research assistant and teaching assistant in the legal research and writing department at Northeastern, and he also volunteers as a legal advocate representing low-income transgender people at Massachusetts Transgender Legal Advocates. This summer Adam will be interning with the Joint Committee on Transportation in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where he will be working on legislative research and bill drafting for the pressing transportation issues currently facing the Commonwealth.
